Thesis:  If you wait on the Lord , He will put a new song in your mouth. 

If you wait on the Lord;

  I.      He will come to you when you need Him.  Psalm 40:1  
II.  He will answer your cry  Psalm 40:1   
III.    He will cleanse you of your sin  Psalm 40:2 
IV.  He will secure you so that you do not fall   Psalm 40:2
V.  He will direct you so that you do not lose your way  Psalm 40:2
VI.  He will make you sing  a new song  Psalm 40:3
