 COURSE DESCRIPTION

  New Testament Theology   (24 Lectures)  Master the Major New Testament Principals of Theology

 COURSE RATIONALE

 

This course is designed to provide the student with a foundational understanding of the theology of the New Testament. This understanding will provide the basis for accurate biblical teaching and preaching of the New Testament.  It will also provide the contextual grounding needed  for further biblical studies related to the theology of the Old and New Testaments of Scripture.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES

 

Upon completion of this course: 

1. The student will understand the nature of New Testament Theology. 

2. The student will be familiar with the theological themes of each of the major sections of the New Testament. 

3. The student will be familiar with the theology each book of the New Testament through a survey of its contents.

  

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION

 Instruction methods will include online lectures and assigned bible readings.

 Student achievement will be evaluated by a multiple choice exam at the end of the course.
