 Resolving Conflict Through Personal Forgiveness   (19 Lectures)  Resolve conflict in the church and in social settings

COURSE RATIONALE

This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of the foundational  principles of conflict resolution.This understanding will provide the basis for effective ministry in the area of counseling and pastoral care. The student will be prepared to take his or her place in the ministry of the church as it carries forth the work designed by its Savior and Founder.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this course:

1. The student will understand the principles of conflict resolution in the unique environment of the Church.

2. The student will understand the Importance of Collaboration and Interpersonal Forgiveness

3. The student will understand the Importance mediation in Church Conflict 

 

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION

Instruction methods will include online lectures and assigned bible readings.

Student achievement will be evaluated by a multiple choice exam at the end of the course.
