COURSE DESCRIPTION
An Overview of the Book of Daniel (31 Lectures)
COURSE RATIONALE
This course is designed to provide the student with the foundational understanding book of Daniel. This understanding will provide the basis for accurate biblical teaching and preaching of the prophetic elements of the entire Bible. It will also provide the contextual grounding needed for further biblical studies.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course:
1. The student will understand the vital theme of each book of the Book of Daniel and its importance to the biblical canon.
2. The student will understand the historical context of the book of Daniel in the Old Testament
3. The student will be familiar with each book of Daniel through a survey of its contents
METHOD OF INSTRUCTION
Instruction methods will include online lectures and assigned bible readings.
Student achievement will be evaluated by a multiple choice exam at the end of the course.
